My Story

I surrendered my life to Jesus in 1982, while I was a college student at The Ohio State University. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and completed my MBA at Kent State University. While at Kent State I met Dawn, who would later become my wife.

We moved to College Park, Maryland in 1989 to serve the campus ministry at the University of Maryland. Dawn and I lived in College Park until 2008, when we moved to Greenbelt. MCF Community Church was launched in 2011.

I am passionate about helping people and helping people encounter Jesus. My door is always open and I’m here to serve you. Thanks for your interest in MCF.
